The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee assumes responsibility for the fund's daily operations, ensuring its smooth functioning and efficient performance. This includes the organisation and execution of key events such as pitching sessions, inspirational lectures and company events. All external relations are overseen by the committee, including interactions with SSE, media outlets, and companies, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Philip Strandberg | president

The President of the investment fund holds the ultimate responsibility for the fund’s administration and performance. Serving as the chair of the Presidium, the Executive Committee, and the Investment Committee, the President ensures the efficient operation of the fund on a daily basis, as well as the sound management of its investments. Additionally, the President is responsible for establishing and implementing the long-term strategy of the fund, with the ultimate goal of ensuring its continued growth and success.

 

Harald Henriksson | vice-president

The Vice-President is a part of both the Fund’s Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. Together with the President, their key responsibilities include strategic decision-making for the overall development of the fund, as well as structuring the internal matters and schedule of the fund.

 

Emil Nystedt & oscar hagman | Heads of fund

The head of funds’ key responsibilities encompasses everything related to the investment branch of the fund, from developing frameworks to ensuring that each sector has a few prospects for various pitching events. 

 

Alma Samuelsson & Amir Karimi | Heads of corporate relations

The heads of corporate relations job predominantly entails maintaining the Fund’s relations with external parties and sponsors. They lead the organisation's outreach to external parties and interact and plan with corporate partners on a varied host of issues.

 

Henrik Lambrell | Head of operations

The head of operations acts as a link between the Executive Committee and each sector. They are in charge of the communication within the fund, ensuring that analysts and sector heads are up-to-date on decisions taken by the Executive Committee and the efficient functioning of each sector. Furthermore, the job entails overseeing milestones and deadlines for initiatives and targets for the organization.

The head of events key responsibility is to organise and plan a wide range of events. Each year, the Fund arranges several events such as pitching events, inspirational lectures and company events.

The head of communications is in charge of developing and managing the fund's external brand. This entails crafting posts to communicate externally on LinkedIn and Instagram. Moreover, the job includes assisting the organisation's long-term planning
